📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and recruit potential merchant partners through market research and networking.
Negotiate and finalize merchant agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Onboard new merchants, providing them with the necessary support and resources to integrate into our network.
Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to ensure they meet our standards and contribute to business growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our merchant network and attract new partners.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for merchant development and acquisition.
Maintain accurate records of merchant information and performance metrics using our internal CRM system.
Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential merchant partners and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchant development, acquisition, or a related role in the retail or distribution sector.
Proven track record of successful merchant recruitment and onboarding.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of the retail and distribution industry, including market trends and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
