HR Coordinator - Client Relations & Talent Management

You will also be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and training. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and training.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in human resources and client relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a client-facing or talent management role.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
