📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing and maintaining accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Managing payroll processes, including processing payments, generating reports, and ensuring accurate tax withholdings.
• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decision-making.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Providing training and support to junior staff in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
