📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of credit risk operations professionals,Develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures,Monitor and analyze credit risk data to identify trends and patterns,Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with credit risk regulations,Provide training and development opportunities for team members,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of credit risk data,Work closely with the credit risk management team to ensure effective risk mitigation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit risk management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field,5-7 years of experience in credit risk operations or a similar role,Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices,Proven experience in managing and leading a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in credit risk software and tools,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the credit risk industry
