📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients based on medical history, lab results, and clinical guidelines.
• Conduct nutritional assessments and provide dietary counseling to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed, using EPIC EMR for documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical nutrition.
• Educate patients on nutrition principles, meal planning, and lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects related to nutrition.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related healthcare field, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Clinical Nutritionist from a recognized board, such as the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition guidelines and clinical nutrition principles.
• Experience with EPIC EMR or similar electronic health record systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Commitment to promoting health equity and patient-centered care.
