📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and drive sales.
• Use Salesforce and HubSpot to manage leads, track performance, and follow up with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to effectively promote our offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Attend and participate in sales training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with health and wellness products and services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
