• Manage and develop key industrial accounts, ensuring their cooling needs are met with our advanced solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess cooling requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC and cooling technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, facility managers, and end-users.
• Participate in new construction projects, from initial planning to final commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC, industrial cooling, or a similar technical role.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, industrial cooling, and new construction projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
