📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for new product development.
Develop and implement innovative product strategies to meet market demands and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to bring new products to market.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to inform future development initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product development and brand management.
Create and manage product development timelines and budgets.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and brand management.
Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the market.
Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
Certification in product development or brand management is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
