📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate 3D models and technical drawings using BIM software like Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is translated into precise construction documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
• Generate detailed construction schedules and clash detection reports using Navisworks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction and engineering.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bids for construction projects.
• Provide technical support to project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling, drafting, or related roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
