📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and recruit potential merchant partners through market research and networking.
• Negotiate and finalize merchant agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Onboard new merchants, providing them with the necessary support and resources to integrate into our network.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to ensure they meet our standards and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our merchant network and attract new partners.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for merchant development and acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant information and performance metrics using our internal CRM system.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential merchant partners and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchant development, acquisition, or a related role in the retail or distribution sector.
• Proven track record of successful merchant recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
