As a Mechanical Technician at PT Swadharma Primautama, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems in buildings. This includes HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire protection systems. You will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire protection systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and provide timely solutions to prevent downtime.
• Work with engineers and technicians to ensure all systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with industry standards.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the preparation of work orders, reports, and other documentation.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in building maintenance.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to building maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites.
