📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and manage customs clearance processes for import/export shipments
- Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations and trade laws
- Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize clearance processes and reduce delays
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential customs issues
- Stay updated with the latest customs regulations and industry trends
- Provide training and support to internal teams on customs compliance
- Monitor and report on customs clearance performance metrics
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics
- Proficient in using SAP GTS, Navisworks, and TradeNet
- Certified Customs Broker or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
