📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and host engaging live streams on TikTok, tailored to our audience's interests and preferences.
• Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and growth on TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our clients' products and services through TikTok content.
• Engage with viewers through comments, messages, and other interactive features on TikTok.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve content quality and viewer engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in TikTok content creation.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies.
• Represent Pengiklan Anonim and our clients professionally in all interactions with viewers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a KOL or content creator on TikTok, with a strong following and engagement rate.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain audiences.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm and best practices for content creation and promotion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
