📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and workstations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Provide technical support to internal and external clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement solutions to technical challenges.
• Document all technical procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our systems.
• Participate in on-call duties to provide immediate support during system outages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and workstations.
• Proficient in using common IT tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents, willing to relocate to Bali.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
