As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring that all safety and security measures are in place. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment, including but not limited to, hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining our properties' cleanliness and hygiene.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all property systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all safety and security measures are in place and up to date.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
• Work with a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in accordance with CBRE's standards and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
• Work closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
