📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the innovation strategy and vision for PT Inovasi Bangka Belitung, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.
• Oversee the innovation pipeline, from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to market.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and translate these insights into actionable innovation strategies.
• Lead the development of new business models and technologies, ensuring they align with the company's vision and values.
• Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement, encouraging employees to think innovatively and challenge the status quo.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and local communities, to drive innovation and growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovation initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives, with a portfolio of successful projects to demonstrate your capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with innovation management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Certifications in innovation management, project management, or a related field are a plus.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
