Your daily tasks will involve market analysis, client engagement, lease negotiation, and property management coordination. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify and secure high-value commercial leases.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial lease agreements with potential tenants, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
• Coordinate with property management teams to ensure smooth lease execution and ongoing property management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor lease performance and identify opportunities for lease renewals or expansions.
• Stay updated on local and national real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present market reports and lease proposals to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of commercial leasing strategies to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, property management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using real estate software and tools such as CRM systems, property management systems, and market analysis tools.
• Knowledge of local and national real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Previous experience working in the Bali real estate market is a plus.
