📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stock levels and merchandise display.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Train and develop new employees to build a skilled and motivated team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate employees.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
