📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and treat patients with geriatric and neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis.,Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.,Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in geriatric and neurological physiotherapy through continuing education and professional development.,Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.,Participate in hospital committees and other professional activities as required.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on geriatric and neurological care.,Certification in geriatric and neurological physiotherapy from a recognized organization.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare system and regulations.,Valid practicing license in Indonesia.
