📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and employers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
