Up Link Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and products at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for cost improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
