In this role, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
As a Pharmacy Assistant at Generika Drugstore, you will work closely with our team of pharmacists and support staff. You will handle daily pharmacy operations, including stocking shelves, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing customer service.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels using pharmacy management software.
- Process prescriptions and maintain patient records.
- Stock shelves and organize medications according to company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy laws.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software such as Medis or similar.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacology and medication management.
- Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
- Valid pharmacy assistant certification or equivalent is a plus.
