📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Coordinate with the kitchen and front of house staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Train and develop staff to uphold company standards and values.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and other operational software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
