📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to meet the learning needs of employees.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training requirements and develop learning solutions.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve learning programs.,Deliver training sessions, both in-person and online, to employees across various departments.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Evaluate and select appropriate training methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
