📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and develop graphic design materials, including logos, brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.,Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.,Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with the company's marketing strategy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.,Conduct design research and gather feedback to improve design quality and user experience.,Assist in the development of brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency in design.,Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase design concepts and justify design decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.,Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver innovative design solutions.,Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
