📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including guest registration and guest book.,Assist with front office administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining guest records.,Promote a positive image of the hotel and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.,Work as part of a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with front office software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented attitude.
