📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to participants.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Support the Training Officer in managing the training budget and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good understanding of HR policies and practices.,Creative and innovative approach to training and development.
