📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the team and ensuring smooth operations.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures.,Handle team communications and ensure clear and effective communication.,Support the Captain in resolving team conflicts.,Assist in the planning and execution of team activities and events.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team or department.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
