📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations tasks.,Support the operations manager in managing and monitoring operations activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Provide operational support during peak periods or special projects.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
