Kharisma Adhi Sejahtera is seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Reliability Specialist to join our procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring the reliability of our supply chain. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost standards.,Conduct regular supplier audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.,Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on procurement activities and performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.,Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and supplier performance monitoring.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
