In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our servers and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server management and a passion for technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring server performance and ensuring optimal operation,Providing technical support to customers and resolving any issues,Maintaining server security and implementing best practices,Upgrading and maintaining server hardware and software,Documenting server configurations and procedures,Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure system reliability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in server management,Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.),Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.),Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.),Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
