We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating financial reporting and audit processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.,Coordinate and oversee the internal audit process, including the preparation of audit plans, conducting audits, and preparing audit reports.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and provide support for the preparation of tax returns.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.,Participate in the preparation of management reports and presentations for board meetings.,Provide training and support to junior accountants and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in the use of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
