📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all financial transactions and records.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Coordinate with accounting and auditing teams to resolve discrepancies.,Manage the payroll process, including salary calculations and tax deductions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Train and mentor junior finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance administration role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
