• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution planning or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and JDA for supply chain planning and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
