📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the daily operation of the outlet, including stock management and inventory control.
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.
  • Supporting the team in maintaining a clean and organized outlet.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and data for management.
  • Assisting in the training of new staff members.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the implementation of quality control measures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and retail management systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
